Recently an order from a factory near our industry park brought a challenge to our production team. This is not a big order, but we take it as seriously as any other orders. The customer urgently requested the delivery of solar street lights by January 11th, specifically for an e-commerce live stream showcase and immediate dispatch. Despite the non-standard nature of the order and our policy of not stockpiling for such products, we demonstrated remarkable efficiency in fulfilling the request.

Meeting Challenges Head-On:
The order confirmation on December 30th coincided with the New Year holiday break. Despite the holidays, we maintained close communication with the customer and suppliers, ensuring that production could commence immediately upon our return on January 2nd. Resuming work on, we promptly initiated production, ensuring all necessary materials were ready in the workshop by January 4th, 9:30 PM.It showcases our team’s dedication.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
As the workday commenced on January 5th, our team conducted thorough tests on photovoltaic panels and batteries. The specified battery capacity of 96Ah required a stringent 20-hour cyclic test. Regarding the PV panels, one batch of components met our quality standards (GB/T2828.1) and was promptly assembled, another batch fell short. We promptly visited the supplier’s factory that evening, communicating the urgent need to replace the non-compliant photovoltaic panels. The supplier cooperated, and the exchange for products meeting our quality requirements was swiftly executed. After on-site testing, the approved photovoltaic panels were transported back to our factory. We did the second time test the same night and finished the assembly the next day.

Unexpected challenges on January 6th arose when the battery capacity test revealed lower consistency. Demonstrating our commitment to quality control, an emergency meeting was convened, deciding on the RETURN ALL BATTERIES and sourcing from an alternative supplier. Our production team liaised with the supplier, ensuring the delivery of a new batch by 7 PM the same day. Rigorous testing on January 7th, Sunday, at 10 AM, confirmed that the batteries met the required standards, surpassing the specified capacity.

Exceeding Delivery Expectations:
Beyond the QC, our dedication to excellence shines through in the delivery timeline. While we pledged a delivery window of 6-10 days, we surpassed expectations by delivering a portion of the order on the fourth day, January 4th, comprising only the quality-approved products.

The implementation of a ‘green channel’ expedited the overall handling, simplifying communication and internal approvals, despite the associated cost increase, all driven by our commitment to meeting the customer’s needs.

It’s crucial to highlight our commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Even in large-scale production, we adhere to a stringent 5% or less battery consistency error rate, showcasing our dedication to precision and quality control.

For example, we have electroluminescence testing equipment to test incoming photovoltaic panels, but not many solar light factories are willing to invest in this expense.
